At Filmore and Company, LLC (doing business as Chelsea Grace Group) (“Filmore and Company, LLC,” “Chelsea Grace Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we provide educational training, done-for-you proposal services, and AI-powered solutions to support nonprofit organizations, mission-driven businesses, and aspiring founders.

Service Delivery

  • All services are delivered remotely via secure online portals, phone calls, video conferences, or email communication.
  • Service timelines are discussed and agreed upon with each client before work begins.
  • Most tax preparation services are completed within the agreed tax season timeframe, while bookkeeping and consulting services are provided on an ongoing or as-needed basis.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the customized nature of our services, fees paid for completed services are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel a service before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund minus any administrative fees or time already invested.
  • If you believe there is an error or concern with a completed service, please contact us within 7 days so we can review and resolve the issue as appropriate.

 Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel ongoing bookkeeping or consulting agreements with 30 days written notice.
  • For project-based services (like tax returns), cancellations must be requested before work has started.
